The DBJ CMM is the organizational enablement required to start the endless business flow. You certify your crew at Levels 3 to 5.

Level 3 (Defined): Standardized daily workflows; no reliance on individual heroics.
Level 4 (Managed): The EA Navigator monitors the engine with objective metrics.
Level 5 (Optimizing): Continuous improvement; the ship is fully AI-Enabled.

Note: A “Legacy Business Ship” cannot take AI cargo into production without reaching these maturity levels.
